Jesse began her journey into holistic health in 2010 while finishing her Masters degree in Occupational Therapy. After spending most of her college/graduate school life as an over-exerciser and recovering from an eating disorder, she began to look for alternative ways to manage stress and anxiety. She began to practice yoga and exploring new self care strategies. Jesse decided to travel to Trondheim, Norway in 2014 to complete her 200hr yoga teacher training. When she returned home she knew she wanted to continue exploring yoga and continues to be interested in learning more ways to incorporate yoga into her and the life of others around her.

Jesse worked as an outpatient orthopedic therapist for 9 years where her focus is on assisting clients regain function after an orthopedic surgery or injury. Jesse continues to explore alternative treatment techniques to best assist her clients in their healing journey. She is certified in restorative yoga, first degree reiki and is a Level 3 Certified Craniosacral Therapist. During her pregnancy and noticed some shifts in her body and felt as though she was able to tune into her babies more easily with the tools of craniosacral therapy (CST). In 2024, she completed her CST training for Preconception, Pregnancy & Infancy and is passionate about assisting families on this journey.

She also values the importance of functional movement patterns, regaining active mobility in the body, and empowering her clients to begin to learn more about how their bodies function. She has recently become a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist through Functional Range Systems.

She believes that a holistic approach to healing should include physical, emotional, psychological and energetic focus. She finds that her knowledge of anatomy and body mechanics as a therapist blends seamlessly with the teachings and ideas of craniosacral therapy. These skills together allow her to provide a well rounded approach to the care she provides.  Jesse prides herself on maintaining a passion for learning, professional growth and exploring the many benefits that, body awareness, strength training, restorative practices and craniosacral therapy have to offer.
